End of the Kardashians show : Are you still keeping up?

If you are here you probably know I am talking about the "iconic" show "Keeping up with the Kardashians" ; the first episode of the show aired in 2007 and the FINAL reunion episode will air tomorrow (June 17, 2021). The show revolves around the Kardashian-Jenner Family , mainly the three sisters - Kourtney Kardashian , Kim Kardashian and Khloe Kardashian.

When the show started in 2007 , this family was barely famous. Today, the Kardashian-Jenner family is called the "Royal Family of pop culture" ; the presence and influence of this family on fashion , pop culture (and the plastic surgery business :P ) cannot be ignored. The show has an IMDb rating of 2.1/10 , "Keeping up with the Kardashians" still manages to be in the limelight. Over the years , the Kardashians have shared their lives with the entire world - ceremonies , relationships , break ups , failed marriages , birth , gender transformations along with their extravagant lifestyles , pranks , extra-luxurious parties only they can pull off and their "cray-cray" family vacations.

I have to admit the initial seasons were actually funny and entertaining - Kim's cry face , Kourtney's one-liners , Scott's jokes ( and the "cane" ) , Khloe's sarcasm ; oh and Kris and Bruce Jenner (now Caitlyn) along with Kendall and Kylie added a different vibe to the show.

Within a time frame of 14 years , these "Reality" stars have earned a fortune from the show and have managed to create successful businesses.

Kim Kardashian has ventured into makeup, fragrances and fashion. She owns SKIMS , a clothing brand ; KKW beauty , a makeup brand and has her own fragrance line along with several collaborations. She even launched her video game once!

Kourtney Kardashian owns a "health and wellness" related media company called "POOSH" ; the "reality star targets urban-moms and health-conscious people. Kourtney's website Poosh features workouts, health products, recipes and anything and everything that comes under the term "Lifestyle". Khloe Kardashian owns a denim brand called "Good American" ; the Jenner sisters , Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner own Kylie cosmetics and 818 Tequila respectively.

Rob Kardashian owns "Grandeza" Hot Sauce in partnership with Kris Jenner, the matriarch of the clan (or the Momager) , he also owns a sock line called "Arthur George".

Scott Disick, who has been an important part of the show owns a clothing brand called "Talentless".

(I think that's it :P)

These people have clearly built an empire in 14 years!

Even though there wouldn't be more new episodes of "Keeping up with the Kardashians" , the KarJenner clan is collaborating with Hulu for a new show.
