Mental health and more : How to (Positively) construct a mindset for success
A success mindset is the one that helps you build self-confidence; helps you believe that you can achieve your goals even if no one believes in you and serves and as a crucial path for achieving your goals.

Before we head onto different ways to construct a mindset for success, we need to know what types of mindset are there-
1. Fixed Mindset
A fixed mindset is a belief that your talents and traits are fixed. They believe that people are born with special talents and traits and every person has different abilities that can’t get better with time and effort.
A fixed mindset is limiting-
· Avoiding taking up new challenges
· Being in the comfort zone and not trying new things.
· Giving up easily if you fail once.

2. Growth Mindset
A growth mindset is when you believe that your traits and talent levels aren’t set but can be improved.
People with this type of mindset see all problems as challenges that can be solved while focusing on what can be learned.
A growth mindset is a freedom-
In taking up new challenges
Taking failure as a learning opportunity
Finding learnings from others mistakes and inspiration from others success.

Now let's head onto ways in which we can construct a mindset for success-
1. Having A Morning Routine
Having a morning routine is very crucial for having a successful mindset. Because the way you start your morning either break your day or make your day.
Here's what my morning routine looks like:
4:40 AM- Wake up and get fresh
5:00–5:20 AM- 1 km run and exercising
5:20–5:40 AM- Planning the day, journaling and meditation
5:40–6:00 AM- Reading, listening to podcasts.
6:00 -7:00 AM- Breakfast and watching TV shows
After 7:00 AM- Starting the work and tasks on my to-do list.
You also need to 'DISCOVER YOUR WHY'. The reason you are getting up in the morning.
Waking up early gives your mind an extra boost for the day and helps you plan your day and increases your confidence and productivity to the next level.

Take excellent care of the front end of your day and the rest of the day will pretty much take care of itself.
2. Accepting Failure As a Learning Opportunity
Whenever you're doing or learning something new, failure is a part of that journey. Develop your mindset in such a way that you see failure as a learning opportunity. If everyone got success on the first try, everyone would be successful.
The main difference between mindsets of successful and average people is their "MINDSET". Successful people learn from their failures and mistakes and try harder and Average people give up once they hit failure once or twice.
The Bigger the Failure, The Greater the Lesson.
3. Focus on the long-term vision
Whenever you are developing a mindset, you need to know and decide how it will affect you in the long term. Because whatever choices that you make today will definitely affect your future. Only developing a mindset is not enough, you obviously need to put in the work and PATIENCE is the most important factor here.
Also, you might hit failures ahead, but the important thing is to keep moving ahead and not to judge or criticize yourself if you make a mistake.
The Long View Matters, not just in the end, but right now.
4. Do not compare yourself with others. Your only competition is YOU.
This is by far the most important thing when you are building your mindset. Nowadays due to Social Media and everything, we see different having and living their lavish lives, we then start comparing our lives to them and think less of ourselves. That is the BIGGEST MISTAKE, that you can do.
If you want to achieve success in the long term, your only competition is YOURSELF.
Compare yourself to who you were a week ago, a month ago or a year ago. Have you changed since then, adopted good habits and every day trying to be the best version of yourself, If the answer is yes, then it is SUCCESS for you.
Do not underestimate yourself by comparing yourself with others. It's our differences that makes us unique and define just how we special are.
5. Put Yourself In Challenging Situations
Always try to put yourself in challenging situations because these moments will bring out the best in you. If you keep going through easy challenges and situations, you will never know how capable you are of achieving big things when life gets hard. People who will just get through easy situations are the ones that are most likely to give up when they hit a challenging situation.
So, remember the hardest situations will define who you are.
